Song Use Policy

Every Lilac Life song is made with love for you to enjoy at home. When you buy a song, you get a personal license to listen to it privately. You do not buy the song itself or any rights to it.
You may
- Listen to your songs as often as you like, on your own phone, computer, or music player.
- Play them at home for yourself and your family, for example at bedtime or on a cozy afternoon.
- Keep backup copies for yourself.
You may not
- Share, send, or give the song files to anyone else, or post them online.
- Resell, rent, or trade the songs, or include them in anything you sell.
- Use the songs in videos, reels, stories, podcasts, livestreams, or any other content, even if it’s free or non-commercial.
- Upload the songs to streaming, music, or social platforms, or register them with Content ID or similar systems.
- Play the songs in public or for business purposes, such as in a shop, café, class, or event.
- Edit, remix, or use the songs (or parts of them) to make new works, or to train AI models.
- Claim the songs, or the Lilac Life characters and story, as your own.
Ownership
The songs, the Lilac Life characters (Pippa, Mommy Luna, Daddy Milo, and friends), the stories, and the artwork remain the property of Lilac Life. All rights not given to you in this policy are reserved.
If you’d like to use a song another way
Want to use a song in a video, event, or project? Please message us on Messenger first. We’re happy to talk about it, but any other use needs our written permission.
If the policy is broken
Using the songs outside this policy ends your license. We may ask you to delete your copies, and we may take down copies that are shared or used without permission.
Your privacy
This site doesn’t ask for your name or email. To learn which songs people love, we save the songs you pick and order together with a random ID stored in your browser, and your country. We also use Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors use the page; it records clicks and scrolling and hides anything you type. When you order through Messenger, that conversation is handled by Facebook under its own privacy policy.
